The Program
Where traditional gyms and personal trainers only provide one-hour workouts and a general nutrition program, the Luna Fitness Program offers specifically designed fitness and nutrition programs based on the client's individual body, goals, and monthly cycle. While helping to regulate her cycles as well as aiding in the reduction of her cyclic symptoms, the Luna Fitness Program holds the client's hand throughout each day, by monitoring and charting her information on a daily basis. Our program combines Awareness and Accountability, along with Consistency, all of which are very important in obtaining optimal health and fitness goals. The Luna Fitness Program is based on scientific facts and research, not metaphysical beliefs.

There are two ways to start the Luna Fitness Program. You can either do personal training with a Luna Fitness Trainer OR you can train on your own or with an associated Luna Fitness Trainer. However, all clients must first purchase the start-up package initially before any other package may be purchased. Any clients who want to buddy train must initially do the start-up package separately.

Start-Up Package

The Start up Package costs $195 and consists of 3 one hour sessions that include assessments, one custom designed menu, weigh in and measurements, design of one cardio routine, breathing exercises, and one strength training routine . The hourly rate is $75 an hour thereafter, with packages and specials running as low as $19.50 an hour with buddy training.

Personal Training Packages

Get the proper instruction, motivation, and advice you need with Luna Fitness's Personal Training. Sessions consist of one hour of cardio, strength training and stretching exercises, along with professional supervision to help prevent injury. Together with the benefits of custom charts and menu's, our personal training program helps you get the results you desire.

Pre-natal and Post-natal Training

Luna Fitness offers special training for mothers to help them throughout their pregnancy and post-partum months. Learn proper stretching, cardio and strength exercises to safely prepare you for labor and help you maintain your best shape possible during pregnancy. Once your bundle of joy arrives, learn how to safely lose pregnancy pounds.

Personal Training with a Buddy

Take advantage of Luna Fitness's Buddy Sessions and share the cost with a friend! Buddy Training is personal training where more than one person trains together during the same hour, even though they may have different goals, different monthly cycles, and one may be more physically advanced than the other. Studies show that people who train with a buddy can reach their fitness goals faster, because they are more motivated and competitive when they workout with a partner.

For women who want to do the Luna Fitness Program on her own or have another personal trainer, the rates are as follows:
